Write to support@rayalabs.co and a person will answer. Tell us your phone model and what you tapped just before the problem.

Does it work without internet?: Yes. Printing, scanning and grading all work with no connection.
Which answer sheets can it read?: The ones Checkleaf prints. Open a test and print its sheets on plain paper from any printer.
How do I get scores into my gradebook?: Open the test and share a spreadsheet of scores. It's a CSV file your gradebook can import.
Where are my classes and scores kept?: In Checkleaf's storage on your device. The privacy policy lists everything it keeps and what can leave.
How do I delete everything?: Go to Settings and tap Delete All Data at the bottom. Removing the app deletes everything it wrote too.
